Hudson Valley Lyomac was established in 1979. At our beginnings, our primary customers were comprised of military (US Navy) and Healthcare companies. Through the years we have expanded to serve over 100 customers with a wide range of lyophilizer needs. Our customer base today still includes government work, but has expanded to include pharma CRO's / CMO's, biotechnology, probiotic, medical device and food processors.
What is it like to work at Hudson Valley Lyomac? We place a strong emphasis on training, educating each team member to work in a truly vertically integrated factory. Whenever possible, each leader in our organization knows how to QC the parts we build with a mass-spectrometer as well as understand the basic construction aspects of our instruments. The benefits of cross-training have been critical to our success. In a word, working at Hudson Valley Lyomac is lots of hard work with great personal learning rewards, and, of course, team spirit BBQ's on Friday afternoons!
The meaning of our wave logo? Our wave logo, initially inspired by our roots in serving The United States Navy with shipboard equipment also represents our spirit of work ethic and technology. We are committed to stay "Ahead of The Wave" in all aspects of design, engineering and service for our customers.
